This policy explains how Texas Aegis LLC handles information collected through TexasAegis.com and customer inquiries submitted through this website. It does not describe separate employment, personnel, or client-service records.
Information you provide
When you request a quote or contact us, you may provide your name, company, phone number, email address, requested service, project location, requested dates, and project details. Email and phone inquiries may include additional information you choose to share.
Project staffing inquiries also collect your company and contact names, estimated project duration, requested number of officers, and shift hours. The inquiry handling, provider, and retention practices described in this policy apply to these requests as well.
Please avoid submitting payment information, government identification numbers, medical information, confidential investigation files, or other sensitive records through the quote form. We can discuss an appropriate way to exchange necessary project information.
How we use inquiry information
We use inquiry details to respond, understand the requested assignment, discuss availability and pricing, coordinate requested services, maintain related business communications, and prevent misuse of the website. A quote request does not create a confirmed booking.
Texas Aegis LLC does not use customer inquiry information for promotional emails or marketing.
Google Analytics and cookies
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions, including phone-link clicks, email-link clicks, contact-button clicks, and successfully submitted quote and project staffing requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect device, browser, page, interaction, approximate location, and network-related information according to Google’s practices and the property’s settings.
Our custom Analytics events do not include the contents of quote or project staffing requests, customer names, customer email addresses, customer phone numbers, or project details. Clicking a phone or email link records an interaction; it does not tell us whether a call connected or an email was sent.
You can manage cookies through your browser and learn about Google’s data practices at Google’s Privacy Policy and its Analytics opt-out tool. Browser restrictions or blocking Analytics may prevent some usage information from being collected. The current website does not provide a separate Analytics consent preference panel.
Hosting, spam protection, and email delivery
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. When enabled, the quote and project staffing forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. These services may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, and security signals. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Quote and project staffing requests are routed to info@texasaegis.com through Resend, the configured email delivery provider, and our business email service. This requires processing the inquiry details and email addresses needed to deliver and respond to the request. See Resend’s Privacy Policy. The website application does not maintain a separate database of inquiry submissions or intentionally write form contents to its application logs.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by hosting, security, analytics, and email providers as needed to operate the website and respond to requests, and may be disclosed when required by law or to address misuse. Inquiry records, including emails and related business records, are retained only as reasonably necessary for business operations and applicable legal obligations. Provider retention practices may differ.
Your questions and choices
To ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or deletion, or discuss privacy choices, email info@texasaegis.com or call 830-968-6789. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons. Available rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
Security and policy changes
The website uses HTTPS, server-side form validation, and measures to reduce automated abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy as the website or business practices change and will update the date shown above.
